Resurrection Power

Evangelist Martha P. Davis delivers a powerful message centered on the resurrection of Jesus Christ and its significance for all humanity. Emphasizing God’s divine love, she reminds believers that Jesus was the perfect, sinless sacrifice—wounded and bruised for our transgressions—so that through His suffering, we might be redeemed and healed. Drawing heavily from Isaiah 53 and the Gospels, she describes the depth of Christ’s sacrifice and the fulfillment of prophecy in His death and resurrection. The sermon underscores the resurrection not just as a past event, but as a living power available today. Jesus, having conquered death, hell, and the grave, now intercedes for believers at the right hand of God. Evangelist Davis encourages the faithful to live in the victory Christ won, to endure trials with joy, and to remain steadfast in faith. Ultimately, she calls both believers and non-believers to recognize Jesus as the resurrection and the life, urging all to trust in Him, walk in the Spirit, and rejoice in the eternal promise of glorified life. The message ends with a call to unity, strength, and unwavering commitment to the work of the Lord.
