Resurrection : Rhythm of Rest

God created all of humanity with a natural and spiritual rhythm of rest. From the beginning of it all in Genesis we see where this rhythm was instituted. Again instructed in Exodus with the institution of the 10 Commandments and even modeled by Jesus all through the Gospels. Rest is not just something we do when we are tired, it's what we do to maintain a healthy and worshipful rhythm in life.
