Rethinking Outdoor Play and Materials with Greenbelt Academy & Early Learning Centre

Outdoor play, including nature-based programs have been gaining popularity over the past decade. And one of the silver linings of the covid 19 pandemic has been a greater emphasis on outdoor play affordances for children, which has continued post pandemic. In this episode of the ECCDC podcast we will be exploring nature-based outdoor play in early learning and child care programs and how educators can rethink their outdoorplay and materials to bring more nature-based affordance to the children they care for.
