Ideas to make boring traditional social events better or at least less inconvenient, such as making them shorter, moving them to Sunday morning so they don't interfere with afternoon recreation activities, teleconferencing (for some of them), and some silly ideas like conducting baby/wedding showers and funerals through a drive-thru.
