Many of the challenges I faced growing up into my adult years were due to mental doubt and fear. Being told I wasn't Good Enough, Fast Enough, or Tall enough became my way of thinking. Thus, preventing me from trying out and discovering new possibilities. It wasn't until I became a Professional MMA Fighter that I could break free from the mental blocks. Surrounding myself with empowering and supportive individuals gave me the strength & clarity I needed to change my mindset. The World and the challenges did not change, but the way I approached it with a stronger and better mindset. Allowed me to see and handle things differently.
