Retirement was Boring, So I Made a Difference

Maggie and Tom Washa have been Wintering in Mexico for over 30 years. She got bored just gazing at the sea. She needed purpose so she started an English School to help lift the locals out of poverty. After nine years, she made a huge impact but it was time to move on. Then she started a university scholarship nonprofit that now has over 100 donors who pool their resources to support a dozen college students.
