He talks about finding opportunities, utilizing your time properly, and the value of crafting a clear plan. Cary Love owns several properties in Houston, DFW, and Midland Texas. has two (2) small apartments in Midland, and trying to add more. Also, do new construction and remodeling. He has been very active in the real estate industry. He also just participated as an LP on my first syndication. Starting a marketing plan to find small apartments in Texas. Graduated from University of New York in Albany with a B.A. Currently working for Halah Property Management LLC as CEO. Before joining Halah Property Management Cary worked for 3D Systems as VP of Sales – World Wide for five (5) years and for Xerox. Cary worked for Xerox Corporation for 18 year in various sales and marketing positions. His last position at Xerox was National Channel Sales Manager. Cary has been a real estate investor since 1991. He holds properties in the DFW area, Houston area and in Midland Texas. Cary has volunteered in the community of Midland TX where he served on various non profit boards: Chamber of Commerce, Midland Development Corporation and Midland Visions 2000.
