City of Toledo, Director of Public Utilities, Ed Moore, announced his retirement recently. We asked Moore about the state of the region’s water system in the past, present, and future. OH State Rep. While there are those who will say absolutely, they deserve more money, there are others who ask how are we going to pay for this.
