City of Toledo, Director of Public Utilities, Ed Moore, announced his retirement recently. We asked Moore about the state of the region’s water system in the past, present, and future. OH State Rep. Elgin Rogers - (D) - Toledo As a co-sponsor of the bill, Rep. Elgin Rogers is among a group of lawmakers who want to see the base salary for teachers in the state go from $35,000 a year to $50,000. While there are those who will say absolutely, they deserve more money, there are others who ask how are we going to pay for this.
