Retreat Reflections - Recapping Our Panama Women's Retreat

I just returned from our Meditation & Yoga Retreat that I hosted at the beautiful Sansara Resort in Panama, and I can hardly put into words what a sacred and special experience it was. Twenty-four women joined me for an incredibly beautiful six days of practice, reflection, and community. Beyond a yoga and meditation retreat, it almost ended up feeling a bit like summer camp!
