And/or 2) ejaculatory ducks and atypical tissue in around, and beneath the same as a follow-up question. Why don't more urologist offer ejaculation preserving options across such more invasive surgeries, particularly those for patients who are poised to quote unquote trade-offs some BPH, LUTs efficacy for antegrade preservation?"
