Return, Go Home!

Go home, fix whatever needs to be fixed and then, you will be ready for the world. Any victory outside the home is empty. What is the use of achieving incredible feats that mean nothing to the people you care deeply about? Picture winning so many trophies, getting applauded by the whole world and returning home, and there is no one to receive you. Tragedy! How will it feel when there is no one to laugh over nothing with you? “It is difficult to get them to appreciate me at home,” you say; my answer, keep at it, and one day you will find yourself on the other side, and you will not be alone. A mentor of mine says, “God gave us a family to prepare us for ministry”. If this is true, why do we head straight for the ministry without taking classes in the family? Finally, I encourage you to keep moving, keep learning and keep changing for Christ. No one who yields to Christ ever returns defeated. We shall all finish strong in the name of Jesus.
