Return to Sender | Investing In What Lasts (Matthew 17:1-9)

Jesus walked this earth as a real human being, ordinary in appearance, sharing life with his disciples. Yet on a high mountain, he revealed his true glory as the Son of God, giving them a glimpse that would prepare them for what lay ahead. Coming down from the mountain, Jesus set his face toward Jerusalem, toward suffering, the cross, and death. That glimpse of glory prepares us too, for Lent and for life. As we close our “Return to Sender” series, we remember that what we give to God is never lost but invested in eternity. The treasures of this world fade, but every act of generosity, service, and love in Jesus’ name is a gift returned to him, which he uses to change lives forever.Thanks for listening to our podcast!
