RETURN TO YOUR FIRST LOVE

Thank you for listening to our Surge Church Podcast. In Revelation 2, Jesus rebuked the Church of Ephesus by calling them the "Loveless Church." He said - "you have left your first love." Although Jesus commended them for their good works, He called them to repentance for doing works out of Christian habit and duty with no love or zeal. How easy it is for the Christian life to become habitual and dutiful, while lacking a love and fervor for God. Let us return to our first love!
