Meet Abigail Howson, a recent EA Grad who joined Autumn in conversation to share her experience with somatic trauma healing and what has transpired in her life, business and relationship through participating in two cohorts of Emotional Alchemy. She shared the real, honest truths of what it means to do this work and how it lead her to deeper relationships (most importantly, with herself) that prioritize conflict resolution, healthy boundaries and self-sourcing as the foundation to deeper intimacy and the way its reconnected her back to her truest expression.
