Chevron New Energies, Offsets and Emerging vice-president, Barbara Harrison (pictured), has called on governments to be bold. Ms Harrison was one of the many speakers featured on day two of the two-day Reuters Impact event. Chevron says its Offset and Emerging businesses are turning strategy into action to deliver higher returns and lower carbon emissions. However, some would say Chevron has much to do to right the wrongs it has cased throughout the past decades.
