In our current Sermon Series Out of the Shadows, we are stepping out of old mindsets, false identities, and worldly lenses—and into the light of who we truly are in Christ.This week, Tabitha unpacks Jesus’ question to His disciples: “Who do you say I am?” When Peter declares, “You are the Christ,” it becomes a powerful teaching moment about identity, humility, and the authority given to those who walk in dependence on God.We explore the tension between our old nature and our new identity in Christ, how pride isolates but humility connects, and how kingdom revelation leads to responsibility.
