In this episode I reveal some of the insights that downloaded for me on my recent trip. While Costa Rica was absolutely amazing, I share the sadness and pain that showed up for me as I integrated back into daily life. My sadness has been my greatest gift and is allowing me to own that pain and that story, so that it no longer owns me. When we own the pain, we stop making decisions from shame and guilt to protect the walls and the armor we have built. We all have shadows that linger in the background and when you begin to own that part of you, it no longer owns you.
