Reverence: The Driving Force of Honour

Reverence for God is essentially recognizing and acknowledging His supreme authority, holiness, and power. It goes beyond just respecting God—it involves a deep sense of awe and honour for who He is, His will, His ways, His Priests etc. It is a practical expression of your love for God. In other words, it is putting God first and Gateway International Church is God-first church. However many people reverence their bosses at work, their parents, their mentors but don't truly understand what it means to reverence God. So what does it mean to reverence God?
