Review: The Prince Of Egypt
from Roll The Credits · host Frank DiSalvo and Zach Johnson
Something we weren't sure we would ever do is a religious film, but Dreamwork's sure does know how to make a good one. This is the story of Moses finding out he was not born of Egyptian blood and is intact a Hebrew chosen to free the slaves from their reign. A film that definently sits in a weird gray area between a children's film and a film for adults with heavy scenes and themes throughout. On the other hand though, it has a star studded voice acting cast, gorgeous 90's animation by hand, and a soundtrack that is Oscar worthy. It may only take one weak link to break the chain of a dynasty, but this is not a weak link film by any means.
