Review the Year of 2024 with Correspondent HB Ratterree

Segment 2, December 21st, 2024 HB Ratterree has spent time in both states of the Carolinas.  He reports to the Carolina Outdoors from Raleigh.  His unique view in some newsworthy items that happened in 2024.
