Revisiting 9/11, Dr. Judy Wood and Potential Parallels with Maui

Thesis involved the development of a Fizeau interferometer to study the effects of material defects on the thermal expansion behavior of composite materials,  Her PHD dissertation involved the development of an experimental method to measure thermal stresses in bimaterial joints using moire' interferometry.  Careful readers of "Where Did The Towers Go?"
