Lucha Underground gave us a different look at how television wrestling can be produced, and this first episodes gives us an early idea on the direction they were looking to go. Dario Cueto is the man in charge, a promoter that has opened up his 'Temple' to luchadores from all around the world. In this first episode, he has $100,000 on the line to the best fighter of the night. Little did we know, he has other plans in mind for that money. The main event of this debut episode is Prince Puma (Ricochet) taking on Johnny Mundo (John Morrison).
