A moment that we didn't even realize took place on Heat! On July 11th, 1999, The Rock showed up on Heat to deliver a promo that would change the course of Billy Gunn's career, and is still talked about to this day."Mr. Ass" Billy Gunn has been attacking The Rock over the past few weeks, and The Rock finally has something to say about it here on The Rock's Show, Heat!Of course, there is a lot more going on somehow.
