On this episode of Monday Night RAW, Mr. McMahon names a new “impartial” commissioner to the World Wrestling Federation! It is none-other than the Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels. The first thing he makes is a WWF Title Match with The Rock defending against X-Pac.
