Revive Ministries Podcast "Finding Our Community" with Richard Tierney

Welcome to Revive Ministries Podcast. I recently read a story about a starfish. It was a short story about a young boy throwing starfish into the ocean. An old wise man asked why he was doing this. The boy replied, “Because the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back in, they may die.” The old man replied, “Boy, don’t you know this long beach is full of starfish? You can’t make a difference.” The boy picked up another starfish and threw it in the sea, smiling and saying, “It made a difference to that one.” Today we have a returning guest, Richard Tierney, to assist us in discussing how important community can be to our healing and recovery.Disclaimer: if you are in crisis, please seek appropriate professional help immediately.
