Revive Your Spark E85

Ep85 – Recently, I started feeling off but couldn’t pinpoint why. Within a short period of time, I was experiencing anxiety attacks and knew I had to call the doctor. After consulting with my regular doctor, naturopath and therapist, I’m starting to feel better, but it’s made me question how much I’ve been doing. After taking time to reassess, I’ve realized I need to cut way back. I feel my mission is too important to completely take the summer off, so, instead, I’m scaling back my efforts to 20%. In this process, I’ve decided to rebuild that 20% from scratch.   I know I’m not alone because so many artists have shared with me that they are overwhelmed or burnt out. Just like me, they can’t keep up their current pace. Something has to change. So, part of that 20% is determining how to help this amazing community of artists.
