Revolution of Now

"Be present." "Practice mindfulness." We've all heard these messages and we interpret them in our own way. Maybe you've read a book on the topic or taken a quiz in an effort to be mindful in your life. Maybe it's a new concept for you that's calling you in. As I welcome you into Circle today, I invite you to join me for a further exploration of the now and the present. We'll use our bodies to connect past and future as we, together, create and define the Revolution of Now. I'm exploring: Questions to ask yourself to stay present, not always moving forward or reaching back A look at divineness: Where is it? Is it within us? Where can we look to connect with it? Revolutions: What are they? How are they usually understood? How can we expand how we think of them to help us be present? An imaginative meditation with movement: we'll partner with a humble friend to play out the rhythm of bringing past and future together as we work towards being here, right now And more Connect with me: Website: www.thepathofix.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thepathofix/ FB: https://www.facebook.com/thepathofix Courses and Monthly Circles: https://thepathofix.thinkific.com/ Learn more about Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes Farms & our cacao here: https://www.cuatromanosycincovolcanesfarms.com/4manos
