She has been with Rev for over 2 years and now leads the Virtual Consultation team, assisting patients with understanding products, various methods of consumption, and any questions they may have about the Medical Marijuana Program in Massachusetts. She was named by Green Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the Top 25 Budtenders of 2019 and strives to live up to that honor every day as she interacts with patients. Barb has a master's degree in social psychology and is passionate in her belief that everyone should have access to cannabis as medicine. She enjoys sharing her knowledge to help people understand all of the options available for their needs.   Joe Casper is a Boston-based budtender who's been working in the MA medical cannabis industry for the last 2+ years as a patient advocate for Revolutionary Clinics. He was selected by Green Entrepreneur magazine as one of the Top 25 Budtenders of 2019 for his work providing consultations and education, training new staff, and helping medical cannabis patients navigate the dispensary experience for the first time. Aside from working in the cannabis industry, Joe is also an actor/improviser/musician in his spare time and brings the same energy in the dispensary as he does on stage/camera.
