He has nearly three decades of teaching experience across all HEC programs, including the HEC MS in Management, HEC MBA, HEC Doctorate, and HEC Executive Programs. He founded and led the MS HEC Executive program in Strategic HR Management for 15 years. His research centers on organizational change management, digital transformation, and the relationship between human capital and corporate performance. A prolific author, he has published over 25 books and 73 articles. He is actively engaged in consulting and training initiatives across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Additionally, he serves as the Director of Corporate Relations at FNEGE, a prestigious foundation dedicated to fostering the growth and integration of academic education in various management disciplines.
