Logan is a cross-disciplinary movement arts and sciences coach with over ten years experience. He began his training in Ontario at the age of 3, starting in gymnastics but quickly moving to martial arts. In the ensuing decade Logan dedicated much of his efforts to developing the diversity his physical and emotional literacy – 6 years of percussion, club and high school volleyball at the provincial and national level, formal training in track and field and bodybuilding to name a few. His search eventually led him to Vancouver where he attended post-secondary in filmmaking and kinesiology, while simultaneously studying under world renown psychotherapist Dr. Bennet Shapiro in Victoria. It was through these disciplines that Logan began forming his own principles for teaching movement and healing clients.
