Rewind: Brown Sugar (2002)

A few months ago, Mike and Toy recorded an episode after watching Brown Sugar. Toy loves Rom Coms and this is one of her favorites. She mentioned this review during the You, Me, and Tuscany review so it felt like the time to release it. **Note** This should be the last episode we release that wasn't recorded on the studio mic. Unless we do special immediate reaction episodes. Starring: Taye Diggs, Sanaa Lathan, Yasiin Bey, Nicole Ari Parker Additional Cast: Boris Kodjoe, Queen Latifah, Wendell Pierce Directed by: Rick Famuyiwa Written by: Michael Elliot and Rick Famuyiwa Quick Synopsis: Friends since childhood, a magazine editor and a hip-hop record executive stumble into romantic territory.
