Joel White's lived experience of challenges with mental health inform the work he does today. We all crave connection.   Working on the relationship with yourself makes all the difference. You are there with yourself all the time.      What is that relationship with yourself like? Look at the people around you.     "A lot of people are afraid to move on.  Somehow, they get stuck.    Rewired is about empowering men and journeying with them to be and do all they can do. The practice of Origami originated in Japan after papermaking technology arrived in the 7th century.  It has now transitioned into an art form and a symbol of mindfulness.  "I try to do as much as I can.   Origami really helped me. I needed to go through what I am going through to be where I needed to be.     I am getting better at identifying ulterior motives, being clear about my intentions and being real.    What counts is knowing my why,  fuelling my commitments and making the  efforts in  driving things that happen in the present and which shape the future" Joel shares.
