Rewriting Our Hidden Codes | Scott Silverston

Ever feel like we are living a life by a set of rules we didn't even actually write? In our latest conversation with Scott Silverston, a former corporate leader turned shamanic practitioner, he shared an interesting concept: "Invisible Agreements." These are the subconscious contracts we sign as kids or adults to stay safe or to fit in. Those hidden agreements can create massive glass ceilings in our adult lives, careers, and relationships. In this conversation, we explored how to actually identify these hidden codes and rewrite them using practical, modern shamanic tools (no, you don't need to quit your job and move to the woods to do this!).
