Having held many residencies over the years at some of the country's most prestigious nightclubs, with his ever evolving versatility, has given him the opportunity to open for and share the stage over the decades with a who's who of electronic artists and Djs including Orbital, DJ Craze, Carl Cox, Roni Size, Rabbit in the Moon, Hardkiss Brothers, and Dynamix II just to name a few. Rex Dasteppa is the owner and director of respected boutique dance label Base Industry Records, where he spends his time looking for fresh and talented artists, and has worked with Lowfreak, Nina Wilde, Freq Boutique, Move Ya, Stephen Cole, Rick Tedesco and more. As a producer, he holds original and remixing credits for artists like Agent K, J-Break, Charlie P, Plex Long, and more, seeing releases on Digital Records, Rewind, Abstract Logic, Twijit, BasicLux, as well as his label Base Industry.
