In some of the best news to hit this year..... Whitebait could be available all year round. The first land-based commercial whitebait farm is launching in Bluff. Manāki Whitebair project manager Paul Decker joins us to tell more. And New Zealand’s first large-scale vertical farm will start production at Hamilton this month. It aims to produce about 4000 bags of leafy green vegetables a day, in about half the time it would take to grow them outdoors. Greengrocer chief executive Tom Schuyt is on the line
