Today On Deadline is looking at our nation’s political system and asking if there will ever be a prominent third party candidate in a presidential election. Love it or hate it, the two party system has dominated the race for president, and almost every other elected seat, for the majority of our nation’s history. Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the nephew of former president John F. Kennedy, made a splash this spring with his decision run as a third party option, but he's suspended his campaign.
