Several weeks ago I listened to an Impact Theory episode with Alex Banayan (linked) and really liked what he had to say about shame, doubt, courage and fear. Thought it was connected to what Brene’ Brown has shared in her books. After listening I went and bought his book “The Third Door” and finished reading that a couple of weeks ago.
