RFP Podcast Episode #8

In this episode, we talk about a couple of great experiences from the last week where another man shared his concerns, struggles, and insecurities with me and I did the same with another. I’ve been fortunate to be married to my best friend for almost 16 years and I’ve shared with her most of my insecurities and vulnerabilities. She has been an awesome resource for me and will continue to do so. However, there are times when I am looking for a different perspective; one from another male, to hear stories and experiences from them & how they may have handled similar challenges. I believe this is a great area for growth and improvement for us as men. We should feel comfortable and safe sharing our insecurities and vulnerabilities with one another because it is very likely we have experienced, are experiencing are going to be experiencing similar situations down the road.
