Rhian Allen doesn’t do anything by halves! It was while she was pregnant and looking for nutrition and exercise options for new mums that she realised there was a real gap in the market. Six months pregnant, working in publishing sales she started a business plan (at six months pregnant I just wanted to put my feet up and eat peanut butter from the jar).
