Rhyme O'clock - Episode 26
from The Last Cast On Earth Hosted by The Last Cast on Earth
We got something special for the fans this episode! Special guest host - Wordburglar (Sean Jordan) joins in on the geeky fun. You gotta check out Burg’s latest album: Welcome to Cobra Island. This week, we discuss the return of Peter Parker, and the re-launch of The Amazing Spider-man along with the new Amazing Spider-man 2 movie comoing out this summer. We reminisce about old-school sports video games. And speaking of old-school, remember when we all used to read magazines? No? Heavy Metal? Ah, ya. Of course we talk about Star Wars. Think you know your Extended Universe? Wordburglar pulls out a reference to Hoojibs: sentient, telepathic fluffy bunnies (sort-of). This week's game is called: "Yo-Joe, or No-Joe Mojo!" Are they real G.I. Joe characters, or clever (probably-should-be) made-up Joes? Listen as S.J. kicks the collective arses of The Last Cast crew. Also this episode, listen for a special trivia contest and win a copy of Wordburglar's new album! Then, as always, some cold Stiff Ones. Be sure to follow us on Twitter (@The_Last_Cast) or at our Facebook page. And if you really want to show your Last Cast love, subscribe to our iTunes podcast channel and give us a review. We want to hear your feedback! ...this podcast will self-destruct. The Last Cast, cast: Richie Favalaro. Christopher Coey. Matthew Jemmett. Tim Maclean. Please Stand By.
