ABOUT OUR SPECIAL GUEST: Referred to as a mix of Dr. Martin Luther King & Dr. Seuss, LJ Martin, a grass root American of African Ancestry was born in Mc Comb, Mississippi, where he grew up, was witness to, and caught up in the social and racial turmoil that consumed America during the civil rights movement of the 50’s and 60’s. During his formative years, he was influenced by Medgar Evers, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Malcolm X all of whom he met His writing and oratory skills evolved from expressing anger at the demoralizing subjugation of his race, to his poignant dream of helping to shape an inclusive world.
