Rhys Thompson - From Playing to Coaching at the same club

This week's guest is Rhys Thompson. Rhys was the Head Coach at Hills Rugby Club in Division 2 of the Sydney Sub Districts Competition. During our chat we spoken about going straight from playing to coaching at the same club. How we should be focused on the process not the outcome and how little control we actually have on the players once they take the field. We also spoke about players wanting to compete, whoch helps with thier learning.
