当時25才の日大生が強盗に殺されたと思われた事件、実は父親と母親が計画して妹にも手伝わせて長男○害が行われました。戦前の混乱期、医師であった父親は病院経営が上手くいかず、何度注意しても女遊びをやめず真面目に大学に行かない長男に保険金をかけ○害する事を決意します。しかし警察の捜査によって全貌が明らかになり、父親は無期懲役、母親と妹にも懲役刑が言い渡されました。
