日光菩萨像（Sun Bodhisattva )，通高46.7厘米，是日本平安时代的日光菩萨像的木造雕塑，材质为红豆杉。日本佛像受中国佛教造像影响深远，衣着上刻有棱线分明的翻浪花纹，具有平安时代雕像的特色。据推测这座雕塑应在药师佛像两侧，与之相对的是月光菩萨。现收藏于克利夫兰艺术博物馆。
