Ribana kaša iz polnozrnate moke

Poslušalka je vprašala, če lahko naredi ribano kašo iz polnozrnate moke. Sestra Nikolina pritrjuje, mora pa v vsakem primeru pripraviti krepko testo, da ga bomo lahko ribali. Na 1 jajce naj bo 12-15 dag moke. Dobro ga moramo pregnesti na pultu ali delovni deski, da se jajce porazdeli. Če je testo preveč mehko, dodamo še malo moke. Če se nam noče sprijeti skupaj, pa kapljico olja. Ribamo lahko na prt ali pa direktno v vrelo juho. Pri uporabi polnozrnate moke sestra Nikolina priporoča, da ribamo bolj na debelo, grobo. Zato se bo tudi kuhala kakšno minuto več. Dodaja še, da ko je kaša kuhana, juho odstavimo, da ne bomo izgubili prave arome.
