Ricardo has brought together three things he loves with an intersection between business management, applied psychology and technology to create Mindcheck.me, a platform designed to check stress, anxiety and depression and the contributing factors underlying them. With a strong focus on breaking the stigma about mental health, 250 000 people have taken the test which measures across 19 contributing factors, to identify opportunities to create positive change. Many organisations have been too afraid to measure mental wellbeing, with the fear blocking good initiatives to enable moving forward. By changing business practices, increasing mental literacy, enabling emotionally intelligent leaders organisations can design their leadership with wellbeing at the heart.
