Rich Franklin, Former UFC Champion, Discusses His Career, Leadership, Championship Mindset, And Overcoming Adversity

Rich Franklin, former UFC champion, was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. We discussed how he became interested in MMA, what he did before he began his fight career, and some of his most memorable fights. We discussed the importance of mindset to achieving anything significant. In particular, I asked him about his self-talk as he approached the Octagon before a fight. In addition, we talked about how he dealt with failure and losing, and what we can take away from that discussion.
