Richard Coughlan, Ph. D., is an associate professor in the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. In addition to being an award-winning educator, he has consulted and advised many Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Coughlan also hosts the highly-acclaimed "C-Suite Conversations" at the University.
