Richard Fowler - Alternative Proteins – less a threat, more an opportunity?

Bryan Gibson talks to Richard Fowler about alternative proteins and the challenges and opportunities they bring for dairy, sheep and beef and arable producers. Richard is a 2016 Nuffield Scholar who operates a dairy farm in Maketu, in the Bay of Plenty. His Nuffield research was on alternative proteins.
