Richard Lang - Find Out Who You Really Are
from going out | looking in · host Maximilian Bartel
"The Headless Way opens up a radically new way of living." Ever asked yourself: Who am I? Get ready and investigate this question with me in this episode. I still can't fully wrap my head around the fact that I spoke with Richard Lang from The Headless Way (spot the wordplay lol). I discovered Richard's work and the theory of The Headless Way on the infamous Waking Up App. In short, The Headless Way offers you a practical, user-friendly way to see Who you really are. The method was developed by philosopher Douglas Harding, and since his passing in 2007, Richard has dedicated his life to sharing the power and message of The Headless Way. I'm surely not exaggerating when I say that this technique has transformed my life and the lives of countless others from the moment we heard about it and started experimenting with it. It's simple yet incredibly profound. The theory includes a variety of "experiments" that you can try in your everyday life to reconnect with your true nature. No believing. No mysticism. Just looking. It might sound crazy, but as Richard always says, "Try it out for yourself!" 👉 We explored a broad variety of topics such as: Backstory and origin of the Headless Way Richard's journey and his relationship to Douglas Harding Connection between the Headless Way and spirituality Emotions and the headless way The four stages of awakening to yourself Benefits of knowing your True Self The importance of community How to handle the current heavy state of the world 🎧 PODCAST: ▶️ Website ▶️ Spotify ▶️ Apple Podcasts ▶️ Google Podcasts ▶️ Amazon Podcasts 🔗 MY GUEST: ▶️ Instagram ▶️ The Headless Way Homepage ▶️ The Headless Way YouTube ▶️ The Headless Way Podcasts 🙋♂️ MY STUFF: ▶️ Website ▶️ My creative agency ▶️ Instagram ▶️ LinkedIn ▶️ Michael Singer Weekly Talks ▶️ Micheal Singer Podcast ▶️ Waking Up App (free month) ▶️ My book recommendations 📩 CONTACT: [email protected]
